welcome

our first language is touch

Before we can see or even speak we feel.  Touch shapes our reality. Touch is a powerful therapeutic tool that communicates a felt sense of safety, embodiment and health as it enhances our sense of self.

osteopathic

Are you looking for gentle holistic care for body aches, pains or syndromes? Osteopathy is a hands-on therapeutic approach that supports and enhances your body’s natural inherent healing ability. It does this by restoring harmony within your mind-body connection through touch.

Whether you have headaches, neck or back pain, frozen shoulder, digestive conditions, painful periods, anxiety or other health concerns, Osteopathy can help. The results of Osteopathy are often swift and long-lasting.

athletic

Does your injury prevent you from living an active lifestyle? If so, Athletic Therapy maybe right for you as it is geared towards getting you back to active living pain-free. Your first appointment begins with an assessment to get to know you as well as your goals, followed by a comprehensive physical assessment.

With each appointment, our knowledge of your specific injury and your current stage of healing becomes clearer. This will help to shorten your recovery time, reduce the risk of re-injury, and give you the confidence to get back to the activities you enjoy.

virtual

Are you looking for the convenience of a virtual appointment? Then look no further! Through the virtual appointment, we will work together to understand your unique situation, develop a treatment plan, and work through your program in each session.

Here are just a few conditions that can benefit from virtual care: acute or persistent back pain, neck pain, migraines, sciatica, post operative pain, abdominal pain and many more. In your appointment, a variety of tools are used such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. These therapy’s can also be done in person.
